Alpha Recon CEO Toby Houchens was invited to speak at the International Security Congress in Bogotá, Colombia on November 29th, 2018. The event was hosted by ASIS International Chapter 225.
The objective of the congress was to “Integrate state entities, private and public companies linked to security, entrepreneurs and citizens in general in the generation of cutting-edge strategies to project impact solutions that improve security in Colombia and Latin America. The aim is to create an open space for dialogue to compile ideas that project the security guild towards sustainability in the national and Latin American market, strengthening inter-state and regional ties in the region, as well as providing robust support to nations to encourage enabling environments for the economic development of Latin America.”
