Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Toby has a diverse technical and scientific background in risk management, security, intelligence, and threat assessment. With over 11 years as a US Army green beret, Toby holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in neuroscience, a Master’s in international relations, and a PhD in big data technology. He possesses a unique blend of experience and education. His efforts in the Middle East and Africa led to strategic impacts that benefitted the regions. He has accomplished hundreds of threat and security operations in diverse threat environments.
Toby believes in intelligence’s central focus and value in all operations and strategies. This applies to school and workplace safety and security, not just to security professionals and enterprises.
Toby enjoys spending his free time outdoors fishing. In the Winter months, he enjoys skiing in the Rocky Mountains with family and friends.

Soy Joseph
Chief Information Security Officer
Soy is a highly dedicated team player with excellent leadership and communication skills. With 25 years of hands-on experience in the IT industry, Architecting, developing, implementing, and managing solutions using a wide range of technology stack in the cloud and on-prem. Expertise and experience focused on Enterprise Security, Cybersecurity, risk assessment and remediation strategies. Work and strategy based on the adage, ‘Prevention is better than cure’. Hands-on experience with multiple domains and technology, provides an added advantage to evaluate every situation critically and to architect and implement solution. Respected as an industry expert in the Solution Architecture and Enterprise implementation of Security and Middleware Projects in the cloud and on-prem. Soy carries a Master in Computer Science from Cal State University-East Bay.

A specialist in high-stakes environments, he previously served as a certified C-130 Instructor and Evaluator Loadmaster, bringing over 15 years of leadership and management experience to his role in operations.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. His unique blend of tactical military expertise and a passion for emerging technologies—ranging from software development to aviation—allows him to streamline complex processes and drive operational excellence.
